We are a cat and dog friendly community. There is a onetime non-refundable pet fee of $200.00 per pet. The monthly pet rent is $25 per cat and $30 per dog. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment. All pets must be up to date on all vaccines, and be spayed or neutered. Breed restrictions apply.
