Cats and Dogs are welcome at Vairo Village. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted per apartment. In addition to the monthly pet rent of $30 per pet, there is a one time non-refundable pet fee of $200 for the 1st pet and $200 for the second pet. All pets must be up to date on all vaccines, and be spayed or neutered. Breed restrictions apply.
